フィルからのメッセージ

公式メールには、フィルからのメッセージも添えられていた。

「去年、気まぐれでリハーサルをしてみたんだ。

7年ぶりに集まって演奏したら、本当に気持ちよくて、5人の心に深く刻まれていた音楽的アイデンティティを再び感じることができた。

それで“また一緒にライブをやりたい”と思うようになった。だから、これからの公演のどこかに来てもらえたら嬉しい。

今のところ予定しているのはこの日程だけど、この先どうなるかは誰にも分からない。

The official email also included a message from Phil:

"Last year, we decided to rehearse on a whim.

Getting together and playing for the first time in seven years was truly amazing, and we were able to rediscover the musical insights that had been deeply engraved in our hearts as a group of five.

First of all, I thought, "I want to perform live together again." So, I'd be thrilled if you could come to one of our upcoming shows.

At the moment, these are the dates we have planned, but who knows what will happen in the future.

チケット販売方法

今回のチケット販売は、いかにもレディオヘッドらしい配慮がされている。

購入は公式サイトのみ

　イギリス時間9月5日（金）午前10時〜7日午後10時（日本時間5日午後6時〜8日午前6時）の間に上のバンドサイト希望公演を登録。

9月10日にコード配布

　登録者にはユニークなコードが送られる。

9月12日発売開始

　イギリス時間午前10時（日本時間午後6時〜）から販売開始。1人1会場につき最大4枚まで。複数の会場で買おうとするとキャンセルされるので注意。

転売・価格変動対策

バンドが強調しているのは「本当に行きたいファンが行ける仕組み」。

公式サイト登録制により、ボットや転売対策を徹底。住所や電話番号の入力も必須。

Sales begin at 10:00 AM nationwide (6:00 PM Japan time). A maximum of four tickets per person per venue is allowed. Please note that tickets will be canceled if tickets are purchased for multiple venues.

Measures to Prevent Resale and Price Fluctuations

The band emphasizes that "it's a system that allows fans who really want to go to the venue to attend."

Thorough measures against bots are taken by requiring registration on the official website. Address and phone number input is also required.

A system is in place that gives priority to fans living near the venue.

There is no dynamic pricing; prices are fixed and will not fluctuate as needed.

レディオヘッドはこれまでも転売対策を行ったことがあるが、昨今のチケットの高騰を察して、再び対策してくれたようだ。さすがレディオヘッド。ただ、転売や、価格変動はアメリカで最大の問題になっているので、アメリカでツアーをすることになった場合どのように対応してくれるのか注目したい。

Radiohead has taken similar measures in the past, but it seems they have done so again after considering ticket sales for the time being. As expected of Radiohead, they've taken countermeasures. However, ticket resales and price fluctuations are the biggest problems in the US, so it will be interesting to see how they respond if they decide to tour in the US.

現時点では発表された日程はこれだけだが、バンドのサイトには、今後さらに日程を追加したいと書いてある。心強いニュースだ。

それにしても、現在オアシスは、アメリカツアー中だ。まさかレディオヘッドとオアシスが同じ年にツアーすると誰が思っただろうか？

ナイン・インチ・ネイルズも現在全米ツアー中だし、日本にはザ・スマッシング・パンプキンズやフー・ファイターズもやってくる、、、
