Q1. She is so fastidious that she refuses to let even the most minute detail go overlooked.

(1)diminutive [dimínjutiv]

(2)fastidious [fæstídiəs]
「be fastidious about food:食べ物にうるさい」

(3)indefatigable [ìndifǽtigəbl]

(4)unprepossessing [ʌ̀npriːpəzésɪŋ]

「the most minute detail:ごくごく些細なこまかいこと」すら見逃すことを許さない、そんな性格を表すのは「fastidious」だけです。

最初は「She is so fastidious that she cannot allow any minute detail to be overlooked.」と書いていましたが、AIに添削してもらったところ、今のままでも自然だが、「fastidious」というフォーマルな語を使うなら、「she refuses to let even the most minute detail go overlooked.」
