About 45 years ago, I read Merlin Carothers' books such as "The Power of Praise" and "Praise from Prison," and I earnestly prayed, "I want to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit like Merlin, and have a faith that gives thanks for everything. I want to turn Merlin's books into a manga."
Six years later, I was led to a large church and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
Two years later, I came to my current church. A few years after that, Merlin himself came to the church!
Several years later, when I went to America and met Merlin, I gave him my book on the history of Christianity in Japan and said, "It would be great if your books could also be made into a manga."
That very day, I received permission to make it into a manga.
Two years later, the serialization began, and Merlin was looking forward to it being published as a book.
On November 11, 2013, while having dinner with a friend, I said, "Something is going to happen today," and that day Merlin passed away.
The book that Merlin was looking forward to was published in 2023 as a single volume titled "PRISON to PRAISE."
It's a manga that will change your life.
