A Small Light Called Shireneko🐾

Sometimes people ask me:

🐱 “Who is Shireneko?”

Honestly…
Shireneko is not a hero.
He’s not brave all the time.
He gets tired easily.
He overthinks small things.

Sometimes he walks into a room and forgets why he went there in the first place.

🐱 “There was definitely a reason…”

But little by little, I realized something.

Maybe Shireneko was never meant to become a big shining character.

Maybe he was just meant to sit quietly beside people on difficult days.

A small light.
Not bright enough to blind anyone.
Just warm enough to make someone feel a little less alone.

Shireneko was born from quiet nights, unfinished feelings, and tiny moments that are easy to miss.
Rain sounds.
Warm coffee.
The feeling of staring at the ceiling at 2 a.m.
The strange softness of trying your best while also feeling tired.

That’s probably why Shireneko feels so small and gentle.

Because he came from very human feelings.
And honestly…I think I needed that small light too.

The internet often feels loud and fast.
Everyone is running somewhere.
Trying harder. Growing faster. Becoming bigger.

Meanwhile, Shireneko is somewhere in the background getting distracted by clouds.
