Loosen the things that bind me

The aim of creating a flat organization lies in respecting diversity and allowing it to blend.
Because people with different backgrounds and perspectives can exchange ideas on equal footing, it becomes easier to generate better ideas and better outcomes than ever. And over time, that grows into a kind of culture.
Seeing that, I’ve started to feel that if I, too, could loosen all the ties and complications around me and become more open, a more fulfilling life is starting to feel possible for me.
