    (English follows)

    For fulfilling life~Anger(1)

The first step toward my better life

According to Leslie Greenberg, a leading expert in Emotion‑Focused Therapy, anger is considered a defensive secondary emotion. It’s often described through the Anger Iceberg metaphor: above the surface we see anger, but beneath it lie more vulnerable primary emotions—sadness, fear, disappointment, shame, even loneliness.
It says we feel anger as a way to protect ourselves from these deeper, more delicate feelings. In that sense, anger isn’t something “bad”; it’s something human, and something we actually need.
But when I don’t handle it well, anger can become harmful.
