    🪄 The Ritual: “Magic Words”

    Every day, write one line:

    • Who you want to become

    • How you want to live

    • What you want to feel

It doesn’t have to be a big dream.
It doesn’t have to sound “important.”
One honest line per day is enough.

Do it playfully. Day by day, a rhythm appears.
Your inner compass quietly begins to move.

✍️ Step 1: Write it down

Write one line a day — the self you want to be, the life you want to live.
    Notebook or phone is fine.
What matters is not “perfect,” it’s “start.”

🪄 Step 2: Rewrite it as already true

When your list grows, transform each wish into a present-tense reality.

    • “I want more money” →
      “I live surrounded by abundance.”

    • “Someday I want to travel freely” →
“I enjoy a life where I travel freely.”

This is not lying to yourself.
It’s giving your subconscious a new script to run.

🧻 Step 3: Put it in the bathroom

Turn those lines into a small poster and tape it right in front of the toilet.

    Why there?
    Because everyone goes there:

    • right before sleep

    • right after waking up

Those two windows (about 30 minutes before bed / 30 minutes after waking) are when your subconscious is most open.

Read your words out loud, with emotion.
When you speak and feel them, they stop being “just text.”
    They become subconscious programming.

    Not just “seeing.”
Voice, breath, posture, atmosphere — all of that imprints it deeper.

    🧠 Night & Morning Reprogramming

Many high performers and mindset practitioners do the same thing:
    they choose their thoughts

    • right before sleep

    • right after waking.

If you fall asleep replaying fear and regret, that becomes the emotional base of the next day.

If you fall asleep feeding gratitude, safety, and possibility,
you plant seeds of wealth / success / creation in the subconscious.

🌅 Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Morning Insight

    Early morning is special.

In that quiet moment — just after waking — your mind is still soft, and the subconscious is easy to reach.

Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches this formula:
    Intention × Elevated Emotion.

    You release old patterns.
    You install new neural pathways.
You tune your emotional frequency on purpose instead of letting the past choose it for you.

👶 Why this works (the subconscious “base layer”)

From birth through early childhood, kids spend a lot of time in slower brainwave states (especially theta, ~4–8Hz).
In that state, the world flows straight in — tone of voice, safety level in the room, words adults repeat, overall mood in the house.
All of that becomes the first “settings file” for self-image.

    In Japan there’s a saying:
“The soul you have at three stays with you until one hundred.”

    It points to this:
the emotional atmosphere you grew up in — your parents’ beliefs, the way people reacted to you, even the energy of the rooms you lived in — becomes the unconscious base you still move from as an adult.

    Here’s the good news:
    That base can be updated.

    Gentle words.
One small light in the North corner of your room.
    One sentence of gratitude.

Tiny environmental edits act like new signals.
They tell your system, “We live differently now.”

💤 Step 4: Catch the spark

Your brain keeps working while you sleep.
So keep a notebook and pen nearby.

When an idea, phrase, or vision drops into you — write it immediately.
Later, add that line to your poster.
Let the poster evolve with you.

Ink is proof that the thought happened in the physical world.
    That matters.

🧭 Step 5: Your list becomes a map

Over time, these one-line statements turn into a living map.

Each line is not “the final goal.”
Each line is a compass point:
    a quiet signal saying,
“This way. A new season begins here.”

🌟 Your line for tonight / tomorrow morning

When you’re alone in the bathroom, read this out loud:

    I am abundant.
I bring joy to people through what I love.
I earn beautifully by doing what I love.
I move with ease and trust.
Every room I enter becomes brighter.

    You’re not begging the future.
    You’re training the present.

One gentle line at a time, your story gets lighter.

    Back Story (Brand Origin)

Years ago, I was performing street fire and light work at an evening art festival in an abandoned school.

After sunset, the empty hallways began to glow.
    Classrooms warmed with candlelight.
Scratched floors, chalk dust, cracked walls — everything started to breathe again under the light.

    A friend said,
“There’s this person up on the hill who makes bending furniture.”

    I climbed the hill.

There was a single tent lit by candlelight.
Inside were pieces that felt alive.
    Legs curved and flexed.
Boards looked like they were quietly inhaling.

In that moment something from childhood rose back up in me —
a clean excitement, almost like wonder.

    And a sentence arrived:

“Spaces tune people; people remake spaces.”

That feeling became a waterline I’ve followed ever since.

When darkness remembers light, a room wakes up.
When a room wakes up, a person wakes up.

    The compass quietly pointed north.

    That was the beginning of
    Fingers Crossed Rooms.
