なぜ刺繍を始めたのか。

なぜ刺繍を始めたのか

もともとは、パイロットを目指して航空自衛隊へ。
そこで階級章を縫い付ける作業がきっかけになり、
余った糸から刺繍を始めたという。
まるで「さをり織」。

夢を断たれた場所で、
まったく別の道が始まる。

この流れがもう、物語。

横振り刺繍という技術

卒業後、群馬で横振り刺繍を習得。
機械では出せない立体感と表情。

スカジャンの世界では欠かせない、
あの“動くような刺繍”。

今回のクラファンの刺繍も、
まさにこの技術が入る。

紅白歌合戦。
映画衣装。
adidasとのコラボ。
天皇杯メインビジュアル刺繍。
ウルトラマン、UVERworld、EXPO出展。

経歴は派手。
でも話を聞くと、
ただ黙々と手を動かしてきた人。

そのSHISHUMANIAさんに刺繍を依頼しています。

「量産」ではなく
「ちゃんと意味のある一着」にしたかった。

■プロフィール
宮崎県都城市生まれ。
2005年、パイロットを夢見て航空自衛隊生徒入隊。
2年生で適正検査に落ち夢を諦める。
階級章の縫い付けで余った糸から刺繍を始める。
卒業後退官し、群馬で横振り刺繍を習う。

CM・映画・ライブ用衣装刺繍、
オーダーメイド刺繍、刺繍アート制作、刺繍ライブを軸に活動。

ニコニコ動画でのアニメ刺繍制作過程投稿が殿堂入り。

Why did they start embroidery?

Why did they start embroidery
Originally, they aimed to become a pilot and joined the Japan Air Self-Defense Force.
There, the work of sewing on rank insignia became the trigger,
and they started embroidery from leftover thread.
It’s just like “Saori weaving.”
In the place where a dream was cut off,
a completely different path began.
This flow is already a story.

Yokofuri embroidery as a technique
After graduation, they mastered yokofuri embroidery in Gunma.
A three-dimensionality and expression that machines can’t produce.
In the world of sukajan, it’s indispensable—
that “embroidery that looks like it’s moving.”
The embroidery for this crowdfunding,
is precisely this technique going in.

Born in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture.
2005, dreamed of becoming a pilot and entered the Japan Air Self-Defense Force as a student.
In the second year, failed the aptitude test and gave up the dream.
Started embroidery from leftover thread from sewing on rank insignia.
After graduation, left the service and learned yokofuri embroidery in Gunma.
