Don’t Touch the File That Passed! — English Edition Preview
Not every KDP book starts with a Word manuscript.
In the age of AI-assisted publishing, visual books, manga-style guides, technical diagrams, and image-based manuscripts are becoming a practical route for independent authors and creators.
Over the past months, I have been building and publishing manga-style visual books on Amazon KDP. These projects covered semiconductor manufacturing, AI, robotics, technology strategy, founder stories, intellectual property, and practical publishing workflows.
Through that process, I learned that publishing is not only about writing. It is also about turning complex knowledge into a form people can understand, trust, and act on.
That same idea applies beyond publishing. In technology commercialization, the challenge is often similar: make the concept clear, organize the process, protect what already works, and move the project toward real-world adoption.
This new book, “Don’t Touch the File That Passed!”, is based on that practical experience.
It covers the real publishing line behind visual books: PDF manuscripts, Kindle Create / KPF, paperback cover PDFs, Kindle cover images, A+ Content, ASIN application, preview checks, review fixes, and product-page readiness.
The central rule is simple: don’t touch the file that passed.
When something finally passes a preview check or review process, the most dangerous move is often to change everything again. A better approach is to identify the real issue, fix only the target, protect what already passed, and move forward.
This book organizes that practical workflow through manga-style visual explanations. It is not about fully automatic publishing, and it is not a shortcut promise. It is a hands-on guide to building a reliable publishing line for visual books and manga-style editions.
Planned release: Summer 2026.
