0.5 grams of happiness
I used to think sweets were
something you had to resist.
But now, it’s different.
Just 0.5 grams can be enough.
A cup of good coffee,
and a tiny piece of dark chocolate.
That’s all it takes.

Since “ChatDiet!” became part of my
daily life,
my urge for snacking has almost
disappeared.
To the point where I sometimes worry
that my unsalted mixed nuts might go bad.
Instead, I enjoy a simple ritual.
After lunch, or during a quiet
afternoon moment,
I take one small piece of 86% cacao
chocolate.
Then I eat it slowly.
Not in one bite,
but divided into ten tiny moments.
A small crunch…
a sip of coffee…
And again.

Even in warm weather, I keep the
chocolate cool
with an ice pack, so I can enjoy it
properly.
It may sound like a small thing.
But this tiny piece,
when taken slowly,
becomes something much bigger.
A kind of satisfaction I never knew
before.
This is not about restriction.
It’s about learning how to enjoy.
A quiet luxury
that my old self would never have
understood.

Serious, but playful — giving it my all.
Don’t rush. Savor every bite.
