My pressure cooker has officially launched into space. 🚀

The cheap one I’d been using for
brown rice finally gave up on me.No
pressure. Hard rice. Total disaster.

I even replaced the rubber gasket…
Still no luck.

Two batches of brown rice sacrificed
in battle. 😇(I turned them into
porridge and survived.)

So this time, I went all in.

I bought a serious pressure cooker
from a Japanese company loved by
hardcore brown-rice people.The
price was serious too. 😂

Tonight, I tested it immediately.

Brown rice + azuki beans.No
overnight soaking.Full gas flame.
Let’s go.

Result?

Absolutely incredible.

Soft, chewy, naturally sweet…Almost
like healthy sekihan (Japanese red
bean rice).

What shocked me most was this:
Even 10 minutes after turning off the
heat, the pressure was still holding
strong.And despite cooking on direct
gas flame, there wasn’t even the
slightest burn on the bottom.

That’s quality.

To be honest, my “ChatDiet!” has
been struggling lately.After a recent
food meltdown, my snack cravings
started waking up again.

I could feel the rebound monster
approaching. 😅

So this pressure cooker is more than
just cookware. It’s part of my “reset
system.”

Tomorrow’s rice balls will be slightly
bigger.More satisfaction.Less
random snacking.

Honestly…I’m excited for lunch
tomorrow. 🍙
