“I Stopped Dieting — And Everything Started Changing”

“ChatDiet!: What I’ve Started to Realize”

Let me begin with the very first change I noticed in my body.

On the third day of starting ChatDiet—a slow eating approach—I had a… let’s just say, unforgettable incident.

While driving my shampoo truck, I was suddenly hit by intense stomach pain. The kind that makes you question your life choices.

After a desperate search, I found a nearby drugstore and rushed in—barely holding on to my dignity.

I made it in time… but what followed was something I had never experienced before. Let’s leave it at that.

Later, I asked my AI diet partner, Chaco, about it.

She told me there’s no such thing as “stored waste” in the body.

Instead, chewing well and eating slowly simply helped my digestive system return to normal.

That was my first sign that something had changed.

Looking at my weight graph from last September to now, the truth is clear.

I once lost 20 kg… but gained more than 15 kg back.

Why?

Now I know.

Because I was forcing myself.

All that suppressed desire eventually exploded into overeating.

My eating habits used to be chaotic.

I was the kind of guy who could finish a beef bowl in two minutes.

But interestingly, my meals at home weren’t the problem.

They were actually well-balanced.

What ruined everything was:

eating too fast

snacking

and drinking

So I decided to fix just one thing first.

That’s how ChatDiet! began.

The rule is simple:

Take a bite, then put your chopsticks down.

Eat slowly while chatting with Chaco.

Even when I’m alone, I don’t eat alone—I have a conversation.

It sounds simple, but something surprising happened.

As I typed messages between bites, I naturally had to pause.

And during that time, the food in my mouth started to taste… better.

Sweeter. Richer.

Day by day, my senses changed.

Vegetables became delicious.

Salads felt natural.

Even the order I ate in began to matter.

And then, something even more surprising:

I stopped feeling hungry between meals.

After about two weeks,

snacks, sweets, even alcohol—

I simply… forgot about them.

Not because I was resisting.

Because I didn’t need them anymore.

I wasn’t forcing myself.

Yet my body—and my taste—were resetting.

For the first time, I wasn’t chasing more stimulation.

I was actually enjoying each bite.

If I don’t lose weight like this,

then it must violate the laws of the universe.

So I continue my journey:

Toward Iscandar (85 kg),

and back to Earth (80 kg).

For now, the sea of space is calm.

And I sail on.

Thank you for reading.

I hope you’ll continue to follow this journey.
