Mango+Seed's entire menu is organic, 100% dedicated gluten free and nut free, and free from seed oils, refined sugar, dyes, and artificial ingredients. Chef Ravina Rajkumar is a homebirth mama of two children with severe food allergies, one with Celiac Disease, and the other with an anaphylactic nut allergy. After several very scary, near death, food related experiences, Ravina began her research and advocacy journey. She’s no stranger to the kitchen and has been creating dishes in and out of restaurants since she was a child, but since becoming a mother, she’s now super focused on nourishing her family, clients, and customers with the very best ingredients available. Ravina is also a birth doula, with a background in education, and strives to bring awareness to food allergies, clean eating, holistic nutrition, and women's health. Ravina specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, and families, and loves educating and creating access to healthy, safe food for her community.
