Had a very good experience here! I liked that they didn’t rush my puppy’s grooming session and took things slowly so he could ease into it. He got to play with toys at the start, which was a nice touch and helped him feel more comfortable.

The team was incredibly patient throughout, and it was clear they were experienced and knew how to handle puppies well. Will definitely come back again!

Arranged a full groom for our ragdoll and a basic groom for our tortie. Both of them are typically very anxious during grooming and will try and hide in a corner whenever they have a chance. Nat and Zana were superb and very patient with our cats who very dutifully stayed on the tables the whole time.

There’s also a lounge area for owners to rest while the cats get groomed. We usually hang around during their grooming sessions so we were very grateful to have somewhere nice to rest.

Place is spacious with plenty of room for animals (and humans) to roam. Stress free environment for all!

Had a wonderful experience at this pet grooming center. Zana and Nat are truly skilled, gentle, and so calm and reassuring throughout the grooming session. Their patience and love for cats really show. The space itself is clean, pleasant, and thoughtfully set up, making both pets and pet parents feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an stress-free grooming experience for their cats.
