Hartford Hedgehog Rescue

If you've found a hedgehog out during the day or appearing unwell please bring indoors immediately as they are at risk of flies and predators. Put in a high sided box with a towel and shallow dish of water. Do not offer food. Please call me by clicking the phone icon above or dial 07782 398235 as I do not always see messages straight away. If you do not get a response within an hour please try the following: - Shepreth Hedgehog Hospital - 07947 361187 - Peterborough Hedgehog Hotel - 07592 040113 - Spiny Norman's, Wyboston - 07847 335663 - Prickleback Urchin, Rutland - 07817 251561 You can also go to www.helpwildlife.co.uk (link below) and put in your postcode to find further rescues. If none of these are able to assist please contact your local vet. Vets are generally inexperienced in dealing with hedgehogs which is why this is a last resort.
