In person customer service at this location, the guys are nice. Unfortunately, when you call for assistance, it’s not going directly to the store and whoever is doing their customer service on the phone is horrible. One request I made they were supposed to call me back that same day to let me know if they had an item and if they didn’t when they would get it in. I didn’t hear from them for two months. Yes, you read that correctly. Two months. Follow up on giving them another chance and calling for a specific item, and the person told me they had the item at a specific location, but wouldn’t check to make sure that was true versus the person on the phone clearly wasn’t there in person? I have been a customer of the East Village location for many years and have been trying to be a customer in Brooklyn since I relocated. I’m giving up. The last time I went to buy one of the big bags of the pink rose petals at the East village location. It had loads of tiny little bugs in it, and now the Brooklyn location has zero customer service so if you want bulk herbs and you are in Manhattan, go to Elm wellness on 13th St. and seventh Avenue and if you’re in Brooklyn, I still suggest the same thing.

The prices are great, the worker is nice, not most accessible in the back aisles, but all your health needs and welcoming.

Incredible selection of herbs and spices unparalleled in this neighborhood. It’s like having our very own Kalustians. Incredible selection kind staff and great hours.
