The Dream Beauty Bar Business Mentorship Program is a personalized one on one mentorship experience created for beauty professionals who are ready to stop guessing and start building their business with more clarity, structure, confidence, and direction.
Whether you are starting your first beauty business, rebuilding after taking time away, rebranding an existing business, struggling to attract consistent clients, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what your next step should be, this mentorship is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
This is not a prerecorded course or a one size fits all business program. Your mentorship is customized around your business, your goals, your current challenges, and what you personally need help with. We will take a detailed look at where your business currently stands, where you want it to go, what may be holding you back, and what steps you can begin taking to move forward.

We can work on different ways to market your business both online and within your local community. This may include social media marketing, promotions, model calls, referral strategies, networking, collaborations, local marketing, client retention, and ways to encourage existing clients to continue booking.
Instead of simply telling you to post more, we will focus on creating intentional strategies that fit your business and the type of clients you want to attract.
Business Organization and Systems
Running a beauty business involves much more than performing services.
We can work on creating better systems for scheduling, client communication, policies, payments, follow ups, consultations, inventory, organization, and your overall workflow.
The goal is to help you create a business that feels more organized and professional instead of constantly feeling like you are trying to catch up.

Your mentorship will not look exactly like someone else's mentorship.
During our time together, we will identify your biggest priorities and create a personalized strategy based on what will make the biggest difference in your business.
For example, someone starting from scratch may need help with branding, pricing, services, booking, policies, and launching.
Someone who already has an established business may need more help with marketing, increasing clientele, restructuring pricing, creating packages, improving content, or developing better systems.
Someone who is completely rebranding may need help rebuilding everything from their business identity to their online presence.
That is why the program is structured around YOU.
WEEKLY PRIVATE MENTORSHIP SESSIONS
Depending on the mentorship option you select, we will meet privately through Zoom for one hour each week.
These sessions give us dedicated time to discuss your progress, work through challenges, make decisions, review what you have completed, and determine your next steps.
You will be able to bring your questions directly to me so we can work through them together instead of spending weeks trying to figure everything out on your own.
In person sessions may also be available by appointment when appropriate and must be scheduled in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on travel or time.
WEEKLY ACTION STEPS AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Mentorship only works when you implement what you learn.
Throughout the program, you may receive weekly tasks based on what we are currently working on. These assignments are designed to help you put the strategies we discuss into action and continue making progress between our sessions.
Your assignments may include updating your booking site, creating content, adjusting your pricing, developing a promotion, working on your branding, completing business planning, organizing systems, or implementing a new strategy.
The goal is not simply to give you information. The goal is to help you actually USE it.
Your results will depend heavily on your effort, consistency, and willingness to implement the strategies and guidance provided throughout your mentorship.

MENTORSHIP OPTIONS
Different mentorship lengths are available depending on how much support you need and how much you would like to accomplish.
3 Week Mentorship: $600
This option is best for someone who needs focused guidance, clarity, and help improving specific areas of their business.
6 Week Mentorship: $1,200
This option provides more time for strategy, implementation, accountability, branding support, content planning, business organization, and creating stronger systems.
9 Week Mentorship: $1,800
This is the most in depth mentorship option and gives us more time to work through multiple areas of your business, implement strategies, make adjustments, and create a stronger overall foundation for long term growth.
A private one hour business mentorship session is also available for professionals who need focused guidance on a specific topic without committing to a full mentorship program.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
This mentorship is a collaborative experience. I will provide guidance, strategies, resources, feedback, accountability, and support, but your results ultimately depend on what you choose to implement.
All mentorship payments are nonrefundable. Weekly assignments are an important part of the program, sessions must be respected and attended as scheduled, and mentorship sessions must be completed within the timeframe of the program selected. Information, strategies, and materials shared throughout mentorship are also expected to remain confidential.
