What exactly is The Architrave?

We are a placement studio and networking brand. We help junior talent get their first foot in the door and help experienced professionals move into higher-level positions without the usual headache of a blind job search.

Who do you work with?

We have two main tracks. The first is for people looking for their first entry to the industry. The second is for "medium-weight" and senior professionals who are ready for their next career move.

How do I get started?

Send us your current credentials and a brief note on what you’re looking for. We review every submission manually to see if it’s a fit for our current network of firms.

Is this just another recruitment agency?

No. Most agencies work for the hiring company to fill a seat as fast as possible. We work as a studio, we focus on the individual’s career structure to make sure the placement actually sticks for the long haul.

What does "Architrave" mean?

It’s a term from classical architecture for the beam that sits above a door or a column. It represents the point of entry and the support for the structure. We chose it because that’s exactly what we provide for your career.

Our aim is to become the industry standard for professional placement. We envision a landscape where the transition from one role to the next is handled with precision and professional weight. We intend to strip away the "modern fluff" of the job search, replacing it with a direct, studio-led approach that prioritizes long-term tenure over quick fills.
