Angie partners with leaders to deepen reflective practice, whether empowering neurodivergent executives in neurotypical systems or equipping managers to lead neurodivergent talent, helping them uncover blind spots, leverage strengths, and navigate complexity with confidence. Angie shared that at her best, she is like an orchestra conductor, guiding the performance without playing the instruments herself. She tunes into individual rhythms, shapes the dynamics, and holds a space where people can hear their own thinking. Rather than doing the work for them, she maintains the tempo, giving leaders the room to step forward with total clarity, nuance, and command.
