Overview

Authenticity-Driven Coaching

You’re not looking for a cookie-cutter life coach—and I’m not here to be one. With over two decades in the media and entertainment industry, I’ve built a career rooted in authenticity, resilience, and real-world experience. I’ve worked with global brands, collaborated with innovators, and spent years amplifying diverse voices and stories. What I bring to coaching isn’t theory—it’s lived insight. I help you cut through the noise, reconnect with who you really are, and move forward with clarity, purpose, and integrity.

Real-World Experience Meets Personal Growth

My path hasn’t been linear—and that’s exactly what makes me an effective life coach. From leading creative platforms to navigating high-level corporate environments, I understand both ambition and burnout, success and reinvention. I’ve learned that true growth comes from alignment, not hustle alone. I work with people who want more than surface-level change—people ready to build a life that actually feels right, not just looks right.

Grounded, Balanced Perspective

Living on the ocean with my partner and raising a blended family of five children has shaped how I approach life—and coaching. Balance isn’t just a concept for me; it’s something I actively live, pursue, and protect. I help clients create sustainable success by aligning their personal values, relationships, health, and ambitions. This isn’t about chasing extremes—it’s about building a life that supports you in every way.

A Coach Who Actually Listens

Through hosting my podcast and years in media, I’ve had hundreds of conversations with artists, entrepreneurs, and creators. One thing stands out: people don’t need more noise—they need to be heard. My coaching style is rooted in deep listening, honest dialogue, and meaningful connection. I ask the questions others don’t, and I create space for answers you may not have yet allowed yourself to explore.

Values-First Coaching

Everything I do is rooted in honesty, integrity, and genuine human connection. I don’t believe in shortcuts or performative growth. I believe in doing the work—internally and externally—to build something real. If you value authenticity, accountability, and meaningful progress, we’ll work well together.

Approach

Lifestyle

A lifestyle is the intentional way you design and live your life—including your habits, behaviours, environment, relationships, and priorities—so that they align with your values, goals, and sense of purpose.

Mindset

A mindset is the internal lens through which you interpret, respond to, and create your experiences—shaped by your beliefs, assumptions, and habitual thought patterns.

Wellness

Wellness is the ongoing, intentional practice of caring for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being in a way that supports a balanced, fulfilling, and sustainable life.

How We View Lifestyle

We don’t look at what you do—we look at why and how it all fits together:

Values Alignment

  • Are your daily actions reflecting what truly matters to you?

Habits & Routines

  • The small, repeated behaviours that shape your long-term outcomes.

Energy Management

  • How you manage your physical, emotional, and mental energy—not just your time.

Environment & Influences

  • The people, spaces, and inputs that either support or drain you.

Balance & Fulfillment

  • Not perfect balance, but a sense that your life feels meaningful and sustainable.

How We View Mindset

Mindset is the driver behind behaviour—it quietly influences every decision you make.

Belief Systems

  • The stories you hold about yourself (e.g., “I’m capable” vs. “I’m not good enough”).

Interpretation of Challenges

  • Do you see obstacles as threatsâ€Ķ or opportunities for growth?

Self-Talk

  • The ongoing inner dialogue that can either empower or limit you.

Emotional Patterns

  • How your thoughts shape your feelings—and therefore your actions.

Identity

  • The way you define who you are, which often sets the ceiling for what you believe is possible.

How We View Wellness

Wellness isn’t just about being “healthy”—it’s about how well your life works as a whole:

Holistic Health

  • Looking at the full picture: body, mind, emotions, and purpose—not just one area in isolation.

Self-Awareness

  • Understanding what you need to feel your best (and recognizing when you’re out of alignment).

Sustainable Habits

  • Daily practices that support your well-being long-term—not quick fixes.

Emotional Well-being

  • Your ability to process, express, and navigate your feelings in a healthy way.

Life Balance & Alignment

  • Creating a rhythm of living that feels supportive rather than draining.

Services

The Clarity Call

60 Minutes with Christopher Gonda

$100

You already know something’s off. You don’t need someone to tell you to meditate and journal. You need someone to help you see what you can’t see: the loop you’re stuck in, the decision you’re avoiding, the thing that’s actually holding you back.

This is a single, focused 60-minute conversation designed to do one thing: get you from “I don’t know what’s wrong” to “I know exactly what I need to do.”

One call. Real clarity. Get out of your head & into your heart.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve got some version of success on paper, but internally feel lost or disconnected.
  • You’re overthinking everything and taking action on nothing.
  • You’re tired of vague advice and want someone who’ll be completely direct with you.

What you get:

  • 60-minute 1:1 video or audio session with Christopher Gonda.
  • A post-call summary with your 3 key takeaways and 1 priority next move.

What you don’t get:

  • Fluff. Platitudes. A vision board exercise.

The Reset Session

90 Minutes with Christopher Gonda

$180

You don’t need another pep talk. You need to tear it down and rebuild it — your priorities, your defaults, the story you’ve been telling yourself about why things are the way they are.

The Reset Session is a 90-minute deep dive for people who are done drifting. This isn’t therapy. It’s not a vent session. It’s a structured, direct conversation that ends with a clear plan for what changes and how.

Stop drifting. Get out of your head & into your heart.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been “figuring it out” forever, and nothing’s actually shifting.
  • You know the surface-level problem, but suspect there’s something deeper running the show.
  • You want to walk away with an actual plan — not just awareness.

What you get:

  • 90-minute 1:1 deep-dive session with Christopher Gonda.
  • A post-session action blueprint: your priorities, your first moves, and the defaults that need to die — in writing.

What you don’t get:

  • Permission to stay comfortable. This conversation will challenge you.
