  2. fix: replace Kirigami.PlaceholderMessage with a plain empty state (#218) 

    On some Kirigami builds PlaceholderMessage fails to load with an
IconPropertiesGroup type clash inside Kirigami itself, and since the
search results list always instantiates it, the whole panel failed to
load. Backport main's EmptyStateMessage widget (icon + wrapped label,
from 115ba38) and use it for the search no-results state and both
hidden-apps empty states. No new strings.

  3. fix(panel): focus the search field once the popup is active (#213) 

    On Wayland the search field's forceActiveFocus() in resetState() can run
before the popup window is mapped and active, so the focus is lost when
Plasma activates it and typing does nothing until the field is clicked.
Re-assert search focus when the popup window becomes active, once per
open so closing a context menu doesn't steal focus from the grid. Also
run the open path when the full representation is created already
expanded, since it may miss the first expandedChanged.

AppGrid started KIO::ApplicationLauncherJob without a UI delegate, so
KIO could neither ask to trust a non-executable .desktop file nor report
a failed exec: the launch failed silently while Kickoff, which sets the
default delegate, worked (seen with Wine/Bottles entries). Set the
default job UI delegate on app and app-action launches (linking
KF6::KIOWidgets so its factory is registered), resolve the service by
menu id before falling back to the entry path, and log when no service
is found instead of returning silently.

Plasma 6.8 bumped the libPlasma/libPlasmaQuick SOVERSION 7 -> 8, and a
binary links exactly one, so the universal tarball (built on Fedora 42,
.so.7) could not install on Plasma 6.8 systems such as KDE Linux.

Build each arch twice — fedora:42 for libPlasma.so.7 and fedora:rawhide,
the only Fedora on Plasma 6.8 yet, for .so.8 — and pack both into the
same tarball as files-plasma7/ and files-plasma8/, so asset names, the
update checker and the docs are unchanged. install.py verifies both
payloads and installs the newest one whose libraries resolve (ldd,
falling back to looking for libPlasma.so.N), so re-running it after a
Plasma upgrade switches payloads. build-package.sh is split into stage
(per build container) and pack.
