I just figured this happen because I used react-native-blob-util library. They did not add a fix for that. Sorry for my misunderstood.

headsup: when releasing 0.72.4 metro-config was bumped to 0.76.8 react/react-native@40ea8ff but despite what the commit message says, the CLI was not bumped to the corrispective version 11.3.7 https://github.com/react-native-community/cli/commits/11.x.

This means that currently both 0.76.8 and 0.76.7 of metro-config are getting pulled in when creating a react-native package, which we want to avoid.

CLI needs to be bumped to 11.3.7 to rectify this.
