When a new pull request is created, the top of the task disappears from the project

On the old projects (clasic) everything worked without problems.
Tasks are displayed normally until you create a pull request. After that, the whole top of the task description disappears in the project. Here is an example of my screenshot.

Pull request is created through the console, like this:
hub pull-request -i 6596

What's interesting is that if it's to move a task from in-progress to review or another section, the top of the task appears and after a while (a couple seconds) disappears until the merge pull request happens

One more problem, in the classic project it was possible to sort each column separately, but here it is not.
