Pre-alpha switch to Go. Powershell is the source of too many issues.
All this does is download 0.2.4 tunic.exe and run it.

• Use the same grub version for all files, not whatever comes on each .iso.

• All Mint and Ubuntu official flavors
• Include external .iso files in ~/Downloads
• MBR to UEFI conversion
• Windows 7 support (but not well tested)
• Stop if Windows Update is running
• Misc minor bug fixes

• Support for 3 Linux Mint 64 bit spins: Cinnamon, MATE, Xfce
• Full disk install added.
• All testing has been with Windows 10 in a VirtualBox VM.

Known Issues:

• Quit button doesn't work in install progress page; GUI is single threaded.
• iso file is not yet integrity checked
