Builds of libobs made by build-libobs.cmd, one per version of that script. RePlays builds download the one matching their script from here instead of building libobs themselves. To debug RePlays locally, extract the newest zip into obs-studio-build/obs-studio-/build/rundir/Release/bin/64bit (see the Development wiki page).
