This is just a small hotfix release to prepare for the upcoming 3.0.0 release. The main change is that Kando will now refuse to load settings files created by newer versions of Kando, which should prevent invalid settings files when downgrading from 3.0.0 to previous versions. It also fixes an issue which prevented the prebuilt binaries from GitHub to run on some Linux distributions.

Since a bugfix for KDE Wayland and Hyprland in the previous Beta 1 required an update to Electron, I decided to push another beta for testing. So this one contains several bug fixes compared to the previous version but may have introduced new issues as several dependencies got updated... Please share your feedback!
