This release fixes a major bug in Elle's rw-register workload, which in turn was caused by lacuna/bifurcan#60 and lacuna/bifurcan#59. These are now fixed upstream. The control.util/grepkill! function was also nonfunctional, and is now fixed. There are also a few minor dependency bumps, and better support for using roles with generators that depend on (:nodes test).

Bugfixes

• Elle 0.2.8 fixes a major correctness bug which caused rw-register workloads to incorrectly infer cyclic version orders for keys. This was due to a bug in the underlying Bifurcan data structure library used throughout Jepsen; that bug has now been fixed upstream.
• control.util/grepkill! has silently done nothing since 0.3.12: a misplaced paren left its timeout with an empty body, so it never sent a signal. Kill faults built on grepkill! (which sends SIGKILL by default) and pause/resume faults built on grepkill! :stop/:cont did nothing. It sends signals again.

Minor Changes

• (generator/mix [x)] now returns x.
• generator.test simulation functions can now take an optional test map.
• role/restrict-generator: wraps a generator in one which only sees nodes for a specific role
• role/restrict-nemesis-package now restricts the generator as well. This works better with generators that need to target specific nodes.
