tcprulescheck cdb

tcprulescheck says what tcpserver(1) will do with a connection from IP address $TCPREMOTEIP with host name $TCPREMOTEHOST and remote connection information $TCPREMOTEINFO, following the rules compiled into cdb by tcprules(1).
