Fix desktop file for Plamsa/Dolphin

Since we already have #11357, it just a simple edit from

ghostty/dist/linux/ghostty_dolphin.desktop

Line 10 in 71d6f08

Exec=ghostty --working-directory=%F --gtk-single-instance=false

to

Exec=ghostty --working-directory=%F +new-window

So ghostty will open in the specific path without spawning GTK window twice.

Yes, that would work as long as the user has DBus activation configured correctly.
