cmd-1/2/etc. keybinds don't work in the scrollback search field

Issue Description

When the scrollback search field is focused, the cmd-1/2/etc. keybind (to switch to the nth tab) does not work.

Expected Behavior

Tab switching keybinds should work like they do in a terminal surface.

Actual Behavior

The keybind does nothing and plays the macOS error tone for an invalid action.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open 2 Ghostty tabs
2. Press cmd-f to open scrollback search
3. Try to switch tabs using cmd-1/2
