Adds window fade-in/out animations (--no-animations, --animation-interval, --animation-easing), fullscreen mode (--fullscreen), monitor selection (--monitor=N), and a macOS-style launchpad theme.

• pressing enter will now launch the first entry from the list even if it is not explicitly selected
• numpad enter behaves the same as normal enter
• end and home will now scroll to the end and to the start
• page down and page up will scroll by a full page

Reasoning

The list lacked some basic keyboard and mouse interactions that were discovered whilst using the launcher extensively for a few days now.
