Version V33
A simple GNOME Shell extension that displays random images from a chosen folder directly on the desktop as customizable widgets.
This project is a remake of the original Picture Desktop Widget idea, expanded with support for multiple frames and more flexible customization. Each widget can be placed independently on the screen and configured to match your desktop style.
- Create multiple desktop image widgets
- Assign each widget its own image folder
- Customize size, position, corner radius, and aspect ratio
- Adjust how often new images are selected
- Supports JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WebP, and SVG images
