Support levels for operating systems, architectures, Python versions, and desktop environments.

“Everything else” includes all 32-bit builds, architectures not listed above, and Debian or Ubuntu servers.
Important
Test with the latest supported Xpra version before reporting a bug. Current builds are available on the download page.
Additional support rules:
- End-of-life platforms are not supported.
- Manual, downstream, and third-party builds are tier 3.
- NVIDIA codecs are supported only on tier-1 platforms.
- Proprietary applications are tier 3.

The client should work with all window managers and desktop environments, although less common variants may have minor issues. Both X11 and Wayland are supported, but Wayland clients are inherently limited.
Installations that do not use the platform's default desktop environment are tier 3.
Windows 10 and 11 are actively supported. Recent Windows Server editions also work well.
- Requires macOS 12 (Monterey) or later.
- The application is not notarized; see issue #2441 and the workaround.
All BSD variants should work, but they are not regularly tested.
