What You're Building with Formidable Forms

A job board and a bunker intake form for the Zombie apocalypse

For some Halloween fun, I built a fully working WordPress site with Formidable Forms for a made-up company, Zombie Wranglers Unlimited, from just two prompts.

The first built a job board for hiring Zombie Wranglers (must supply own shovel), with applications, a scored readiness quiz, a public crew page and a private hiring dashboard. The second built a survivor intake form for the company’s bunker. Answer Yes to “Have you been bitten?” and a red “Please wait outside the gate.” warning appears. Answer No and you get a “You’re in. Wipe your feet.” email.

Both came back styled to match, each on its own page, and ready to record for our No-Brainer Sale emails.

Fitness tracking dashboard with workout logging, exercise journals, and weekly stats

GoFit is a fitness tracker built in WordPress with Formidable Forms. The dashboard shows the day's heart rate, steps, calories and sleep against the goals on your profile, plus a weekly chart of how things are trending.

Workouts use a repeater, so a session holds as many exercises as you actually did, and journals keep the details rather than just a time: distance on a run, glasses of water, what was in breakfast.

Pizza menu view that can be downloaded as a PDF

All made with a single AI prompt:

"I want to create a new Formidable Application on my dev site. Can we make a Pizza Menu application? I want the form to have all of the fields for each item in the pizza menu. Then I want a view that pulls all of this together in a nice format. I want it to include a link to download a PDF as well. Try to add some example entries so we have a full working View. Pull pictures for pizza menu products from the internet."

Dental practice app with appointment scheduling, patient info, and dashboard

Claude built me a full application for a dental practice using the MCP and all the Formidable Forms add-ons enabled — it was so cool to see it come to life in real time. I enabled all the add-ons and asked for implementation ideas, and Claude offered great insights; once approved, everything was implemented in one shot.

I even added design references for inspo and it came back with a modern, sleek design. Feels like SaaS.

Searchable Real Estate Directory with Map View

I built a real estate listings app using the new Formidable Forms MCP, and it genuinely impressed me. The filters all work perfectly, and the search bar updates results live as you type — no need to even hit search. It's got a full map view, individual listing pages with photos, a save-home feature, a contact form, and agent profiles that show all of an agent's active listings.

It's way better than ones I've done by hand in the past, and took a fraction of the time!
