It is my plan to eat all of Cleveland-- from its lowliest Lorain Avenue hot dog hole-in-the-wall to its most exalted pierogies to Johnny's hoity toity beef au poivre to the weekend BBQ pits you can find in a parking lot somewhere on the near east side.
