Abstract
A mixed âclone-by-cloneâ and âwhole-genome shotgunâ strategy will be used to determine the genomic sequence of the mouse. This method will allow a phase of rapid annotation of the contemporaneous human sequence draft, through whole-genome âsample sequence comparisonsâ.
