Setting: MDC mdc_multiverse

Description: There were two Brothers who reprisented all there was in the DC and Marvel universes. Once two split halves of the same entity they finally rejoined; becoming one. When they did this, their two multiverses also became one creating a place where the Heroes, Villains, and ordinary people of both places coexist with each other and in some instances even followed the example the Brothers had set. Becoming one new entity.

Looking for: I'd love to see some members of The Authority here! Jack or Swift or Midnighter or Apollo would be great! Also, anyone who's willing to play my Characters Amalgam Uncle (James Irons/War Steel). We have a really small group right now though so any Marvel/DC/Vertigo/Whatever characters you'd want to play are probably available. We take Animated and Movie character variations as well so whatever your comfort zone is it's fine!

Who I play: Cir-El (cir_el), Iron Maiden (maidofiron), Oracle (oracle_online)

Marvel: Art of War

2011-10-15T17:54:10Z

MARVEL: Art of War
The RPG MOD RPG OOC Directory Premise Wanted Characters Rules Holds Apply Character Directory Friending Button	The year is 1963. It is a time in history like no other. There are those who feel that they are standing on the dawn of a golden age while others feel that the threat of nuclear war will tear the nation apart. The fire of the Civil Rights Movement is beginning to blaze with men and women standing up against oppression at home, as costumed superheroes and criminals begin to make their presence known. Against this backdrop of conflict and change, a man named Charles Xavier is searching for others of his kind. Xavier sees the turmoil ahead. He believes that a war against mutants may soon be coming--he sees it in the reaction of Americans to the threat of the bomb and the fear of mutation. His friend, Erik Lehnsherr, argues that violence should be met with violence, that mutants should strike first and enslave those who would harm them. But Xavier is not a man quick to anger and instead, he is preparing a sanctuary for those who would band together for protection. It is not children that he seeks but men and women--in case the battle is brought to their front door. As movements march on and wars erupt, Xavier’s dream turns from fantasy to necessity. Where will it lead mutantkind? ________________________________________ Marvel: Art of War is an alternate universe game set in New York state during 1963 where the Xavier Institute is an establishment set up on paper as a thinktank. In actuality, its members work covertly to fight for justice, both personal and political. Art of War is looking for canon and original characters no younger than 18 years old. Because of the AU nature of the game, the mods and players look forward to creativity in applications as players re-imagine Marvel characters to fit that setting.
MOST WANTED: Brotherhood members, Morlocks, Hellfire Club, Avengers villains, Fred Dukes (Blob), Victor Creed (Sabretooth), Sam Guthrie (Cannonball), Bobby Drake (Iceman), Sean Cassidy (Banshee), Roberto daCosta (Sunspot), Tabitha Smith (Boom Boom)... and those not listed on our taken list.
