All four ClanClean counters are open 10 am to 9 pm, seven days a week. Walk in with your clothes during those hours, or book a free doorstep pickup and skip the trip entirely.
Our Laxmi Nagar counter and registered address is FF-11, Mangal Bazar Road, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092 — the map below points at the door. We also run South Delhi counters in Malviya Nagar, Sarvapriya Vihar and Vasant Kunj.
We collect and deliver across East Delhi — Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, Nirman Vihar, Shakarpur, Patparganj, Mayur Vihar, Karkardooma, Krishna Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Anand Vihar, I.P. WhatsApp is the quickest route while the counters are open. Once a pickup is booked, a rider usually reaches you within 60 to 90 minutes between 10 am and 9 pm, and the front desk confirms your delivery date on WhatsApp the same day. Anything that arrives after 9 pm is answered when we open.
Steam ironing comes back in 1 day, wash & fold and wash & steam iron in about 2 days, and premium laundry, woollen laundry and dry cleaning in 4 days. Express brings laundry and dry cleaning back within 24 hours at 1.5× the normal price (the price after our 20% discount), confirmed upfront.
Yes — both ways, on orders over ₹500.
By UPI once your order is ready, or cash on delivery. We never ask for card or bank details. Your itemised bill is confirmed after your clothes are counted, and every rate is listed on the full price list.
