WEEKLY UPDATE.
how far along are you? 16W3D.
what symptoms are you experiencing? occasional constipation (however milder the past couple weeks than it has been the past month), round ligmant pains, aching muscles.
how are you feeling? good for the most part. nausea went away about a month ago however, i've thrown up a lot the past two nights. :i
any appointments this week and how did they go? none this week. won't have one until the end of march for afl testing and an ultra sound where we'll hopefully find out the sex of the baby.
anything big going on in your personal life? going out of town this coming week for a wedding in houston (my hometown) and then my sister and a friend of hers are coming to stay with us for a week the day that we get back. not huge but it's something out of the ordinary.
any questions? yesh...
1) is it normal to pretty much say bye to nausea for over a month and then suddenly have the nausea/throwing up that i've had the past two nights?
2) i'm a tummy sleeper but have been trying hard to stay off my tummy the past week. i've tried a pillow between the legs which works sometimes but not consistently. i'm often awoken in the middle of the night on my back which, i've read, is not a good position to be in for extended periods of time. i'm not getting very good consistent sleep and it's causing some back pains when i wake in the morning. does anyone have any suggestions? i know there are pillows i could purchase but i'd rather ask those who've used them and have had good experiences.
would really appreciate any help-- thanks!!! <3

Food cravings? jelly belly sours, mc donalds french fries, milk, and sweet/cold fruits.
Favorite thing this week about being pregnant? feeling the baby move!! i think i've been feeling it for about a week now but wasn't sure if i was confusing it for gas or whatever. however, what i'm feeling is definitely not gas or round ligament pain. my husband and i also got to hear the baby's heart beat for the first time last week. we're both pretty stinken' excited. :)
