I would give these chairs 0 stars if I could. I received a chair that was manufactured completely wrong—the legs were bent on both the chair and the ottoman, and you couldn’t even properly assemble the chair because of how badly it was made. Somehow, this product was packaged up in a box and shipped out anyway.
I wanted to return the entire set, but instead I was offered a replacement chair and $150. For a $700 set, I expected much better quality. The chairs are extremely cheaply made and honestly feel unsafe.
I’m also not sure how these have a 4.7-star rating because my experience has been absolutely terrible. If you want to spend $700 and potentially wind up on the ground instead of in the chair, by all means, purchase these. Otherwise, save your money and buy something else.

The color is not cream like I thought. The seller gave me a credit for the false representation in the pic. It is a weird pink undertone that goes with nothing. If you get really close you can see a sienna brown/gold in the fabric. The quality of the cushions seem good and are comfortable. They are low to the ground but I knew that from the measurements. The only thing I would say is they need ties or velcro so the cushions do not blow off. I unfortunately am adding Velcro to the top and bottom cushions.
