I bought a mouse like this eight years ago; it still works, but it’s quite worn out by now. The scroll wheel acts up occasionally, and the buttons aren’t perfect anymore either. (The battery, however, still holds up quite well.) When I saw that it was still available, there was no question—I bought a new one. I hope it will still be available eight years from now. I really enjoy using it, as I find it much more comfortable than traditional mice.

If you have small hands, maybe reconsider..

I’ve had this for quite a while now, and I’ve had some frustrations, not going to lie.

It’s really for people with bigger hands, mine aren’t small, but they could be with being a little bigger for easier use of the mouse.

The desk/mat must be clear of all debris - it needs a very clean area to work on. This is helping me achieve my goals 😂

The flexibility of the buttons is awesome, you need to download the software and set that up, but I warn you, don’t try to be a smart Alex like me and maximise different buttons for different pieces of software- I went way too far and just got frustrated 😂 start small and build up to the art of many buttons that change depending on the software you’re using. I mean very clever and very cool, but maybe just get there at a reasonable pace to enjoy it 😂

It is very responsive, very comfortable in the hand for the most part - buttons just slight stretch occasionally for those smaller hands, but very easy to use and now I really, really enjoy using it. Took a month or two to get there though

I got it on a deal, so the price was reasonable.

Good for if you have repetitive strain from regular mouse work, not perfect as it's maybe slightly too large but unless you're getting a mouse made to order it's not going to be perfect, good quality and battery lasts months

had plenty of time before this review to be unbiased and actually be able to give a proper review, the mouse is great it doesnt feel cheap and weights a comfortable amount (ive used in gaming compared to an actually gaming mouse and it feels almost the same in comfort of use i have quite big hands so its slightly smaller but not to much to the point its an annoyance the shape actually is a benefit to making feel like its not too small really easy to use its a little weird at first with it being a mouse essentially tilted but after a week or two you get used to it and lastly ive both used this mouse wired and with the usb adapter wired its exactly the same as all mice in this category and most mid to low high end gaming mice with the usb adapter it feels just as responsive if its not ive not actually noticed what so ever in terms of bluetooth ive not actually used it without the adapter so i cant comment on that batter life is amazing i got this 18th of December ive used it for around 6-7 hours daily apart from weekends and ive not had to charge it once which is a testament to the quality of the mouse, id like to also add ive been using this in linux most notably between my gentoo build and endeavouros build it has work flawlessly in both i cant comment on windows as i dont use it over all id give this 5 stars and 9/10 in my personal rating reason its not 10/10 is it takes a little bit to get used to being a different shape to normal mouse which some people will either pick up straight away or get used to after a while, id definitely recommend it to those who struggle with wrist problems as i dont get half as much wrist ache from gaming or general use.

A Comfortable and Effective Mouse – Worth the Upgrade!

I switched to the Logitech MX Vertical after using the Logitech Lift, and I have to say, it's been a solid choice. The ergonomic design is a lifesaver for my wrist, especially with long hours at my desk. If you deal with RSI, this mouse is a must. It’s super easy to connect to multiple devices using Bluetooth or the USB dongle, and the 4000 DPI tracking is spot on.

That said, it’s a bit on the pricey side, and with only four buttons, it might feel a little limited if you’re used to something more feature-packed. The device switch button on the bottom is kind of annoying, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Also, it doesn’t have some extra scroll wheel features from the MX Master series, which was a slight letdown.

Overall, it’s incredibly comfortable and works great across different platforms. Recommend it, especially if you can grab it at a discount. My wrist feels so much better using this daily!

I've had this mouse for just over two years now. On the whole it has been a really good mouse. It was comfortable to use, although it ended up being slightly too large for my hand (I should have got the smaller version, but that's on me). The reason that I'm giving it only three stars is the fact that it has started to malfunction. When holding the button down to drag over text, for example, the button releases and re-clicks, which is extremely problematic. Having looked into it, apparently this is a fault that is fairly well known in logitech mice. So, yes, it is a good mouse when it works, but right now it isn't a properly functioning product any more. For the price it is sold at, I expected far more than 2 years of functionality.

This mouse is so so good! I have had trouble with my wrists so much recently and when I changed to the the MX lift, that is all in my past. 10 years ago I had a wrist injury and has meant that over the yers my wrists have hurt loads when working with a mouse. I love the MX series but the lift is exactly what I needed. I am a very happy customer!

Natural "grip" hand fit, very easy to use, light and very accurate on screen use and concise movement without fiddling about in Bluetooth options in Apple Settings. Avoids the physical mouse drag you often do when you need to move the cursor across (hence good for wrist etc.), making one's productivity and sheer pleasure of mouse use far more than some other good looking mice I have used, and returned : several other mice also had bad bluetooth connectivity (lags, dropouts, stubborn mouse refusals to go where you want when you want etc.- no such issues with this mouse) with Apple Mac Mini 2 for reasons unknown. The customisability of the MX Vertical mouse via Logitech's Options downloadable software is very good: you can tailor the various mouse buttons to individual apps like Word or Excel to program functions you like off the buttons. This is limited but more than adequate. The mouse is rechargeable - have been fed up recharging some mice every 2 weeks (including Apple and Satech) even with limited use... though one doubts whether it lasts 4 months...but if say 6 -8 weeks per other reviewers, that's enough!. The device just works off the box, and the bundled Receiver works very well, or via say Apple Bluetooth off my Mac Mini 2, or wired via USB C - great to have 3 good options. Only negative: if you try register at Logitech, there is no "MX Vertical Mouse" to select, which is weird! However Logitech Support was excellent and got me registered easily. I bought 3 mice for family despite generally being double the price of cheap mice. Where you need tight mouse cursor selectability eg sliding tiny bars in detailed prog functions like photo editing, this mouse's cursor control is a great boon plus hardly any wrist movement....

      Conclusion :

Un produit haut de gamme, pensé dans les moindres détails pour la santé et la productivité. Une référence incontournable signée Logitech pour tous ceux qui passent leurs journées devant un écran !
