    I am a 50 year old woman and I have been taking these for over a year for recurring thrush and water infections. It has made a huge difference and I don’t suffer anymore with either. I did stop taking them for a bit and noticed the symptoms coming back so they definitely work.

    The main added bonus is that they help my gut. I used to have IBS as well and this has reduced significantly. I am now really regular which continues even when I am away on holiday. I used to struggle when away and have constipation etc.

    I wouldn’t be without these tablets now. I take two every morning and I recommend them to a lot of people with digestive issues because of the pro-biotics they contain. Cheaper and easier than drinking yogurt drinks daily!

    I purchased several packs already so really can leave proper feedback 😊 first, great packaging, always reseals after opening to keep capsules dry with no struggle. Capsules doesn’t have any smell and decent size, so it’s easy to swallow. Personally it really helps me with bloating, female parts health and I supports bladder.     Im an overweight 45, undiagnosed perimenopausal, overweight woman who takes the mini pill therefore I no longer have periods.

    I have never had issues before but a few months ago I noticed I had more discharge than usual (particularly first thing in a morning when wiping after having a wee) and slightly more cream in colour with an odour. Nothing sinister or foul smelling but an odour what i can only describe as earthy/metallic so different for me.

    Like most people I've seen ads on social media and I've also done a Google and the same thing kept popping up about PH balance. I read reviews on here and some were appaling, some not so bad and some that read well. I decided to give these a go. I've now done 1 packet (2 left for tomorrow) and I have noticed that there doesnt appear to be as much discharge or the earthy odour but is it because I know im taking these or because they've helped? Im undecided. I do know I will continue to purchase until my mind is properly made up as to whether its in my head or not. I would suggest to try them and see how you feel. I have had no side effects whatsoever and for the price I just think nothing ventured nothing gained.

    I’ve been taking these for two weeks and have noticed a slight difference so far, although it’s still early days, so it’s difficult to say how effective they are just yet.

    My main issue is that the capsules are really big and quite difficult to swallow, especially if you struggle with swallowing tablets or pills. Unfortunately, this has made taking them a bit of a challenge, and I most likely wouldn’t repurchase them for this reason, even though I’ve noticed a small difference so far.
