First the sizing: I bought this for myself since I am 5”1 , 98-102 lbs & finding t-shirts that fit, are substantial in quality material, well constructed in seam strength and fit compared to the size chart/description and consistent with the brand and that item when reordering (knowing I will get repeatable sizing is so important). The item clearly says it’s a youth size and provides a size chart so you don’t have to guess male female age etc unless you already have that from previous purchases. The Large is shown as a size 16 and gives weights and measurements to confirm. I fell best into a Medium by most measures but Large in some so I knew they would be smaller than adult so so chose the Large (16). They also listed Toddler sz but it was pretty clear. I was worried I may need to go larger but I dont like oversized clothing, or I would be buying the adult. It arrived the NEXT DAY with prime. I was extremely happy with the packaging as well. You get manufacturers labels and comes folded in tissue patter with the VV plastic bag sealed and very nice. It’s a thicker higher thread count cotton. Quite soft and dense but not overly thick and stiff. It’s not the usual thin or rough “cotton” or “cotton blend” or worse… the mysterious material descriptions like jersey/terry/fleece/breathable/? with no standard followed. The cotton is 100% and is consistent with the brands very well made t-shirts. Size was pretty true and understand it will shrink a bit. The arms are not long or is the hem length on torso. If you are taller than the size scope listed it will run shirt for you. At 5’1” these will be perfect after wash with sleeve length just going over wrist about 1” over so I can do yoga, lift and load items and still have plenty of length. The shirt fits close but not snug or tight. I have some room without looking boxy at all. Being petite with curves you can easily look overweight or pudgy I a t-shirt that goes strait down. This drapes well and will keep the shape and coir in the wash and dry. I dry sparingly for longevity and fade purposes but this will also shrink so size up is you have to. Overall o love this shirt and hope it’s available for a long time. Nice design and great feeling to wear it. And can’t beat the price for what you get. Very pleased !
