I bought this as a gift for my mother as the maid was giving us a hard from last one year. This is the best thing you can get for your house. It cleans much better than the maid. Yes, it takes its time but the cleaning performance is top notch. I would have given it 5 stars but there are few issues and those are related to the company not the robot:

1) First is major: Inconsistent availability of accessories. The customer care is supportive but higher ups are just interested in sales. DREAME have to work on continuous availability of accessories

2) Second is service network, there are no physical service network of dreame in India like ecovacs, which i think will improve in future as dreame is pretty new in India

To any dreame support person: This is a fabulous product, please don't ruin it. Please work on after sales services otherwise there is no point on buying a product which we can't use. I live in tier-3 city and people around me are already interested in buying, but if you didn't improve things in future, I will not be able to recommend your product.

About the product:

The product was good but not the best. For regular cleaning and mopping I’ll give it 4 stars. Daily dust, pet hair, and light spills are handled well. MopExtend does reach edges but sometimes corners are not cleaned properly. However, dried stains were not cleaned properly in my use — it needed manual touch-up. The hair solution is not something we can completely rely on, but it does help quietly in the background. Maintenance is still needed every 2-3 days — you have to empty the dirty water tank and clean the dock tray.

Main issue I am facing about passable threashold. Sometimes robot is able to pass threashold and can comeback to the dock easily but not everytime. Its getting stuck and not crossing passable threashold.

Extremely Disappointing Product Quality & Pathetic After-Sales Service

My experience with Dreame has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The product stopped working within just 6 months of purchase, despite being a premium-priced product. I also purchased a 2-year extended warranty, expecting proper support and peace of mind. Unfortunately, the after-sales experience has been nothing short of unacceptable.

What is even more frustrating is the constant false promises and delays. Every day, I am told that the issue will be resolved by EOD, and every single day that commitment is missed. The same cycle continues with no meaningful resolution or accountability.

This is not how a company should treat customers after taking their money. The lack of ownership, transparency, and timely support is extremely disappointing. A warranty is meaningless if the company keeps delaying the resolution and making promises it does not honour.

Poor product reliability. Poor customer service. Repeated false commitments. Zero accountability.

I strongly regret purchasing this product and the extended warranty. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dreame products to anyone. Think twice or better, multiple times ,before spending your hard-earned money on Dreame.

Dreame needs to seriously improve both its product quality and after-sales service. Taking customers’ money is not enough; standing behind your product is what matters.

05/09/2023: a seguito della mia richiesta di assistenza, il servizio clienti mi ha inviato un robot nuovo a loro spese con ritiro del robot non funzionante. Ottima esperienza utente, scambio di mail sempre molto veloce ed in italiano. Pienamente soddisfatto.

Il robot funziona molto bene: pulisce, aspira e lava in modo eccezionale ma dopo soli due mesi è già in assistenza per un problema hardware al sensore dei tappeti. Un giorno improvvisamente ha smesso di funzionare e quindi ho dovuto dapprima escludere tutte le zone con i tappeti e poi aprire un ticket di assistenza (molto celeri nelle risposte). Avere un prodotto da 800/900€ mal funzionante praticamente da nuovo nn mi va giù. Mi sarei aspettato una sostituzione dopo soli due mesi di utilizzo e nn una riparazione ma vedremo come andrà a finire. A livello di funzionalità solite features di questi robot: quindi mappatura, programmi di lavaggio per area/stanze, svuotamento e lavaggio automatico. Come scritto da altre parti, confermo che nn riesce a lavare fino ai battiscopa/bordi e questo è un limite effettivamente. Ottimo il sistema integrato per asciugare i mops. Vengo da un Roborock S7 senza questa funzione di asciugatura automatica e confermo che ad un certo punto i panni umidi cominciano ad avere un cattivo odore, con questo invece nessun problema. Ottima anche la base di ricarica/autolavaggio: pulirla è semplicissimo vista là modularita della base ed anche esteticamente è gradevole.

Peccato sia già in assistenza. Mi riservo di rivedere la recensione al termine della riparazione.

It cannot enter its own dock. Doesn't lift high enough and makes terrible noises, as if it's an elephant. There must be something stuck. The box was open, this wasn't a new device I think. It needs to go back ... this simply is unacceptable.

El mejor robot aspirador que he tenido, después de un año de uso sigue funcionando como nunca, limpia y friega muy bien, tengo un perro grande y cuando llego a casa no hay ni un solo pelo, la verdad es algo cara, pero vale la pena si lo que quieres es no perder tiempo diariamente y encontrarte la casa limpia cuando llegas de trabajar.

Cela fait une dizaine d'années que j'utilise ces robots, des premiers Neato, aux iRobot, puis après des années de bons et loyaux services je suis passé au Roborock s7 car la fonction lavage me manquait vraiment et j'ai été vraiment satisfait.

Je viens, pour ma résidence principale, de passer au Dreame L10 Ultra, après avoir visionné tout ce que j'ai pu trouver sur internet et YouTube.

Aucun regret, et surtout une vraie satisfaction d'avoir du matériel vraiment efficace. L'appli est excellente, la qualité d'aspiration sur le carrelage et les tapis est sans faute, et le lavage est vraiment excellent.

On vide le réservoir d'eau sale dans les toilettes et on rempli le réservoir d'eau claire et c'est tout.

La station change la vie par sa simplicité. Le lavage et le séchage des serpillères est une fonction formidable, car sur le S7 de Roborock pour avoir laissé la serpillère sur le robot pendant 3 jours car je ne suis pas repassé à la maison, les odeurs de moisi étaient particulièrement désagréables.

La navigation est excellente probablement encore meilleure que le roborock s7, le prix du L10s Ultra avec son IA additionnelle ne se justifie pas chez moi. C'est rangé et il n'y a pas grand chose qui traine par terre.

En mode intensif (plus d'eau et plus de chevauchement des passages de la serpillère) les résultats sont impeccables. C'est propre et le lavage combiné à l'aspiration réduit visiblement les poussières sur les meubles dans la maison, bon ce n'est pas trop scientifique mais c'est mon observation.

Silencieux, c'est le jour et la nuit par rapport à un iRobot 960, et un peu plus silencieux que le Roborock.

Je ne suis pas un habitué de la publication de commentaires produits, mais là je pense que c'est un appareil qui change la vie en permettant de rentrer chez soi avec une maison impeccable.

Der Dreame ist jetzt knapp drei Wochen im Einsatz und ich bin total begeistert.

Saugt wirklich sehr gut, feudelt ordentlich feucht durch. Mahnt zum aufräumen. Vorgestern lag ein Lappen im Flur, der in den Keller sollte. Hat Helene schön angesaugt, dadurch ihre Sensoren verdeckt und ist (zum Glück nur eine Stufe) die Treppe runter. Uuups! Nix passiert, aber man darf einfach nix liegen lassen.

Die Bedienung über die App funktioniert super. Ich fand sie sehr einfach zu verstehen und bedienen.

Die Saugkraft und die Wischfeuchte ebenso wie die Anzahl der Reinigungsdurchgänge lassen sich individuell auf Raum und Bodenbelag anpassen. Bei der qm Größe, nach wievielen gewischten qm der Wischer zurück zur Station fährt, um die Wischer zu reinigen und neu zu befeuchten, würde ich die Einstellung auf werksmäßig eingestellten 10 qm belassen, sonst wird es zwischendurch schon recht trocken an den Wischern.

Die Teppicherkennung funktioniert einwandfrei, da heben sich automatisch die Wischer an.

Es lassen sich Shortcuts einrichten, mit denen man festlegen kann, was wie gereinigt werden soll, wenn man den Shortcut aktiviert. Auch Reinigungsroutinen lassen sich einfach einstellen. So saugt Dreame hier jeden Tag einmal komplett die Etage durch und einmal pro Woche wird gewischt.

Sollte das nicht reichen, lassen sich die Räume auch separat ansteuern, ebenso wie einzelne Zonen, die gereinigt werden sollen.

Die Station ist recht groß, fällt aber neben dem großen Schrank nicht so auf.

Das Problem, von dem hier schon mehrfach berichtet wurde, hatte ich auch - es wurde zunächst kein Wasser vom Tank zum Gerät gepumpt. Mit einem stabilen Strohhalm und ein paar Mal kräftig ansaugen, ließ sich das Problem schnell beheben.

Fazit : Ein super Helfer im Haushalt, auch auf mehreren Etagen. Saugen schafft er bis zum Rand, beim Wischen bleibt ein schmaler Rand trocken. Hat man aber schnell mal mit einem Lappen erledigt.

Ich möchte diesen Helfer in dem Haus mit dem haarenden Hund nicht mehr missen.
