I have been required to wear compression socks daily since 2017 for chronic veinous disease. I have tried MANY different compression products over the years, and have had more than a few frustrations because of wide calves. So glad I found this company! Their product is sturdier and more well made than the typical zippered compression sock. It's the zipper...which is larger than usual and has a wider protective band under it. In the past, from other companies, I was never able to get the zipper closed and the sock was prone to tearing, which ultimately made it useless. This product is different! It works perfectly and is very sturdy. Helpful hint--It's truly easiest if you have another person helping, who will hold the two edges together at the top while you pull up the zipper. You can do it by yourself if necessary, but it's a little bit more work. It's surprising effortless with that second pair of hands though. Finally--a compression sock that doesn't leave me red in the face and sweating to get it on. Highly recommend this product!

This are super nice and helpful. They fix right. I needed ones that were not too long and these are it. I order the 4XL and they fix and feel great. I fully recommend them. Very sound quality.

Edit: 4X-Large for men, thought they were kidding... These tiny things stretch a lot and will do. I like the zipperability making them easier and safer to get on.

Much easier to put on the those without a zipper. Fit was very good. Recommended.

My elderly mother had difficulty putting on similar compression socks without the zipper. These are so easy that she can do it herself

I wanted to love these compression socks so desperately. I'm 74 with range of motion difficulty in my right hip, which often makes it hard to put on regular compression socks. These socks with zippers looked like an answer to my dilemma. On the first wearing, they were wonderful -- easy to get on and fairly easy to zip. After hand washing & line drying them, they're not so great. This is the second wearing for a pair. They slide down and the zippers aren't holding. Additionally, the support is less than my standard compression socks. Needless to say, I won't buy these again.

I ordered the 4XL, however the packaging indicates XXL. PRO: They are so much easier to put on because of the zipper. CON: whatever size I received has good compression at the calf, but nothing at the ankle due to the sizing - they fit similar to my regular socks at the ankle. Compression socks are supposed to be tighter at the foot than at the calf - these are the opposite. I will be exchanging them for the correct size and hopefully they will work better
