Directions

Shake well. Place 10–15 mL of GuruNanda Oil Pulling Oral Rinse in mouth. Gently swish between teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes per use. Spit out into a trash can and rinse mouth thoroughly with water. DO NOT SWALLOW. Always brush your teeth AFTER using oil pulling. If spilled on fabrics, clean immediately to avoid staining. Ayurveda recommends tongue scraping as an additional wellness practice.
