It’s my second since the first one became too difficult to twist after years of use. These are a bit touchy and you have to keep them meticulously clean or they clog or won’t twist to break the seal of the argon caps. It’s love/hate with me, but mostly love, because as the only wine drinker in my house, it allows me to extend the life of a nice or pricey bottle for a very long time. It allows me to learn blind tasting by comparing several wines without opening several bottles. And it allows me to justify buying expensive wines because they will last beyond one meal/day.

Well-made, product, perfect gift for the wine connoisseur. This is a must have.

it is a good product, really I can preserve my wines!! I tested for 2 months and works very good. I dont know the durability, has a lot of part of plastic. The cleaning process is not easy

This works as advertised and sometimes we just want a glass or each of us want a different wine. We no longer waste half bottles of expensive wine anymore. Instructions to use where best found on YouTube, but once mastered, it was pretty easy to use. The gas capsules are tad expensive, but worth it vs expensive wine.

I typically keep 40-50 bottles of wine on hand, some stored in a wine refrigerator, that I replenish occasionally.

I only drink a glass of wine at a time, usually on weekends, and my wife drinks even less. My sons rarely have wine when they visit on weekends.

This meant I'd buy nice wines, open a bottle, but then end up pouring it out after a week. It got to the point where I almost stopped drinking wine at home because so much of it went to waste.

Everything changed once I started using Coravin. Now, I can take any bottle, enjoy a glass, and that same bottle can be enjoyed for months later. I'm absolutely thrilled!

Additional notes after finishing the first Coravin capsule:

The capsule lasted longer than expected, preserving about five 750ml bottles before needing a change.

I avoided using the capsule for the last bit of wine (around 150ml) to maximize its lifespan.

Tip: When changing the capsule, remove the device from the bottle first to avoid accidentally introducing air into the bottle. Replace the capsule and re-insert the device for continued use.

I'm sure this is a great wine preserver but beware and read the fine print. You cannot return this item

Fantastic invention. When I first learned about this gadget, I didn't feel like I needed it because we usually finish bottles once we open them. However, there are times when you just want a single glass of wine with dinner or at the end of the day and this is your savior. It's very easy to use and has allowed us to compare glasses of wine without having to several bottles. This way if you want a specific wine and your significant other wants a different, you can both be happy!

The product is very cheaply made; it was much lighter than I expected. I decided to try it anyway on a nice bottle of Mercury Head by Orwin Swift. The first two times I used it, the needle went in well but was hard to pull out. The third time, it would not go in straight. I tried several times but could not make it work. I gave up and had to pull the cork out. When I looked more closely at the needle it was bent and damaged from doing exactly what the directions said to do!

My bottle of wine was worth more than the tool. Do not waste your money on it!

Quel outil malin ! Ca nous permet de boire juste une verre quand on en a envie et ça c'est top. Il arrive effectivement que le système ne marche pas et que ça fuit mais c'est plutot dû à la qualité et l'état du bouchon qu'à l'efficacité de l'outil.

As a wine professional à Coravin is essential. Whilst I have a business account with Coravin it was cheaper to go through Anazon. It was quick. I was super happy with the reduced pricing and it has been put to great use with showcasing our imported wines!
