MRS. HAWKING

The year is 1880 in the reign of Queen Victoria. Young Mary Stone has just arrived alone and friendless in London, unsure of what to do with herself after a lifetime of keeping house for her late parents in India. She has no choice but to accept a position as a house girl for Mrs. Victoria Hawking, an aloof, mysterious society widow who seems to want nothing to do with her. But when she discovers Mrs. Hawking’s true business, as a secret champion to the otherwise helpless women of London, Mary is drawn into a world of new heroic purpose battling against devious blackmailers, rescuing kidnapped children, and struggling against the restrictive place their society forces on women.

VIVAT REGINA

1881, six months after the events of “Mrs. Hawking.” Mary Stone is doing her best learn the trade of her mistress's work as a covert agent for women victimized by Victorian society. Mrs. Hawking's nephew Nathaniel, too, struggles to find what contribution he can make to his aunt's work, and neither one seems to be serving to their mentor's satisfaction. But when a pair of mysterious ladies under false names comes to them with a next-to-impossible mission, Mrs. Hawking and her assistants must come together as a true team in order to see that justice is done.

BASE INSTRUMENTS

In 1883, when Mrs. Hawking is injured in the line of duty, the press for Mary to master her society avenging becomes all the more urgent as a Mariinsky dancer approaches them to solve the murder of the prima ballerina. But Mary must decide if she can live with the heavy cost to living the life that Mrs. Hawking leads, while nephew Nathaniel must confront the consequences of keeping his aunt’s secrets.

GILDED CAGES

London, 1884— For twenty-five years, our hero has battled injustice as the Lady’s Champion of London. But it has been a difficult path that led her to her life’s work as a superhero. As Mrs. Hawking recalls her youth in English-colonized Singapore, the truth behind her discovery of her calling will finally be revealed. And as she takes on a case like none she’s ever tackled, against an enemy beyond any she’s ever faced, she will find the struggles and mistakes of her past have come back to haunt her.

MRS. FROST

Now in 1886, the reveal of Mrs. Hawking’s greatest enemy yet has left our hero brooding over past failures, consumed by her quest to destroy the criminal mastermind. Even her apprentices Mary and Nathaniel feel frozen out of her life. But when Nathaniel is taken captive by her nemesis, and an important figure from her past returns, Mrs. Hawking must learn to work with a team of remarkable women to confront their demons and tear down this criminal empire once and for all.

FALLEN WOMEN

By 1888, Mrs. Hawking’s great rival may have been vanquished, but the struggle has left rifts in the once-close bond between our heroes. They find themselves alienated and in pain even as they must swing into action to take on the infamous murderer Jack the Ripper. Where once they were always there for one another, a new life path opening up for Mary, Nathaniel’s lingering trauma, and Mrs. Hawking’s pulling away from her chosen family threaten to shatter the team forever.

GENTLEMEN NEVER TELL

A romantic Victorian mystery-solving “Whodunnit?” While on a business trip to Venice during Masquerade, dashing London rake Justin Hawking is there to make deals and make love, not necessarily in that order. But behind the masks is more intrigue than he bargained for, and he must interrupt his dalliances long enough to stick up for those who aren’t so lucky as to float through life like he does!
