The International Ski Mountaineering Federation (ISMF) is the global governing body for ski mountaineering competitions, working to promote, regulate, and develop the sport worldwide. In 2026, ski mountaineering was part of the programme of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
