    Take some time and join us for a bite to eat in front of a cozy fire or in our airy sunroom. “Lunch Thyme” is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00am - 3:00pm, serving all of your favorites! Menu samplings include sandwiches, salads and soups. Now serving beer and wine

    No visit to Fo’Castle is complete without a sampling of our world-famous (OK, maybe NY famous!) cider donuts! We can’t tell you the secret ingredients, but we know you can’t eat just one. We’ve tried!
